A great little computer
This is an interesting laptop/tablet computer. Why aren't they all like this? I already have a 128Gb Surface 3 and have loved it since the day I bought it - I have had other Windows 10 tablets and none perform like the Surface 3. I wonder sometime why anyone would actually need more than this by upgrading to a Surface Pro of some sorts - this computer is fact enough for most basic office type functions. The screen quality is top notch (full (HD) and the ability to add an micro-SD card is a bonus. If you use a cloud for storage - why would you need anything else? I hope Microsoft bring out another similar more modern (if indeed it needs it) model in the same price range - this one is the best!!!! Since I don't do video editing, painting and photos on this computer, I need nothing else. Perfect for the plane. Battery life could be better - but isn't that always the case. It's okay, but not a laptop replacement
+ The hardware, the screen, the build quality, the keyboard is all fantastic. ± It's fairly light for a laptop, but rather heavy for a tablet. • The pen/stylus is acceptable, but not great. Better than most active styluses, but not reaching the precision and responsiveness of the Apple Pencil. I have not tried a Wacom Cintiq. – It's not a laptop replacement: it is not lappable. You cannot hold it by the keyboard, so it's virtually impossible to use without a proper table. – Windows 10 is crap and frequently the system stutters, apps freeze or crash and updates don't work. Some would say the hardware isn't powerful enough, but there's no reason why Windows 10 should run as badly as it does when it handles 3D games without issues. – It completely turns off after a while of not being used, so you have to go through the whole boot up process when you need to use it again. I have not found a way to disable this “feature”.

Cracking little tablet for basic functions and with the keyboard attached it is basically a simple laptop you can take anywhere but don't expect laptop performance. Battery does die rather quickly compared to the wife's i-pad and it feels lesser quality than the iPad too but...
