Bought for text to speech function but unfortunately the updated Amazon software no longer supports this feature in the way earlier versions of the tablet used to. Now it switches off every time the screen saver comes on! Pointless if you want to listen to a kindle book in bed! It's also a bit sluggish and screen quality and brigthness is not the best, but adequate and good value at the price I paid (£40)
