Professional network colour printer built to handle large amounts fo work. Parts are plentiful. Toner cartridges are low cost and last for around 9000 pages. Be careful to check that the fuser and transfer kit have a high lifetime as these parts are expensive.

Great quality at a reasonable price. Only bug is it is a bit noisy and doesn't rgo to low power mode for some time. The timers change be changed, but is still a bit loud in a quiet room. Had some problems with Windows drivers, could not get windows 7 to work (even though it is the one which is supposedly supported... Linux and Mac worked like a charm though. Other that this it is great.
its a good machine, sturdy and very capable of high throughput and duplex pages. Its very modular and serviceable also, with spares avail cheaply on ebay. We are a startup on a shoestring so an ebay bargain later we have a good short term solution to product catalogues, business cards, quotes etc etc. Printing costs are also very low. Make sure to check the supplies level before you buy though - needing a new fuser or imaging kit can be an expensive affair, so look out for one with enough run on those things. I picked up a fully working well stocked one for £120. And a second for spares at a crazy £23.50 , also fully working, 2% fuser and 89% imaging kit remaining. Im good for about 10K sheets printing with current toners and 80K before I hit fuser kit and 180K before image kit replacement - awesome capability at the cost of a cheap new desktop colour laser with a miserly 500 pages worth of toner supplied, and its much more likely to make it the distance. Voila, workstation printing at desktop prices. Pay £180-£200 for a properly refurbished unit if your not as engineer as me.Read full review
