A House is not a House if its not a Home - This is a Home
I have always had a 'bee' home of one sort or another hanging in my garden, the mason bee's and other insects love the fact they can find a home for their young which is warm and close to the plants they need for food and drink. My last 'bee' home is still sitting on the veranda despite being knocked off by the squirrels so time for a new one and new location. Found this and immediately liked its make-up, not just bee's but other insects can colonise it without facing competition, big enough for them all to live in harmony without crowding. When this arrived I was amazed at its superb construction, looks very well made and strong so should last my little visitors for many years to come. I may well buy another later in the year to enable over- wintering insects to take up residence. Looks nice, the jokes are unfortunately far too small for bees!
Looks nice however, holes are too small for bees, kind of deceives it's purpose, will still put it outside and hope for the best, even if it's only ornamental. Holes drilled too close together to be able to make them any bigger! Posted out in a normal mailing bag with no bubble wrap for protection, mine was ok but could do with better wrapping.

good looking and a feature
a good looking bee and bug house, I already have a bee house (a different type) and wanted another as mine gets well used and we need all the help we can get from the types of insects that will use, over winter, and help debug our gardens naturally. Different insects will want this located in different environments, we will locate on a south facing fence with no vegetation in front for a clear runway for the bees.
