Easy to use straight out of the box. Yet you can still get quality "expert like " results. Small, easy to handle; and very easy to have with you for that impromptu shot:0) Quite expensive initial outlay, and you can easily spend twice as much again if you get carried away with all the GoPro branded accessories. There are just as good third party items out there, so shop around. Action cam worthy of the XXI century
The camera produces absolutely stunning images at 4k 50fps and the image stability makes it look almost professional. Perfect for action shooting. The option to overlay video with some additional information (speedometer, GPS position, etc) is a nice bonus. The camera is also supported by GoPro Quik and Quik Stories, which will do the hard work of editing your footage for you, if you’re an amateur videographer like myself. The difference between Hero6 and the older model, Hero5 is rather minuscule if you’re an amateur so think carefully when choosing the right camera. Great action cam for the price
The Gopro arrived in near mint condition I have only used a couple of times so haven't explored all the features yet. The voice controls make basic operation simple , the battery drains fairly quickly so get a couple of spares , be careful which micro sd card you buy for this model as the speed and size is important you can check compatibility on the gopro website, it's too early to comment on longevity but the look and feel tells me this is a robust and quality action cam and great value at the refurbished price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

I tried several action cams before finally deciding on this one! I am really fussy. I love my action cam to perform well and also be very practical in usage. I absolutely love GoPro 7 black! It has great image quality! Stabilisation is brilliant. Audio is nice with the new software update. I take it everywhere I go. It’s a part of my pocket now :) I recommend it to everyone. Only one mark on the exterior which for ...
Only one mark on the exterior which for an item this age is very good. I had some initial trouble with a some files not saving and another when the led on lights would not power off, even when the unit was switched off. This required the battery being removed. I have used it more since without issue and put it down to the camera not being used much before, perhaps getting warmed up-if that's a thing? Great all-round bit of kit.
I have also Hero4 black. Hero6 is a great advancement with stabilisation (excellent) and easier-to-use touch screen and menu design . Slightly disappointed that there are restrictions to fps parameter when 720p format selected. I can live with that, I suppose, as most use is in 1080p or above format. Image quality seems at least as good as Hero6 black, which is exceptional anyway, and the subtle image control for moving through different lighting conditions is spookily reassuring.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
