Fits whole convertible including the attached keyboard. The holes on the side allow to connect charger jack. Case has rubber bands on the sides, so the convertible holds inside strongly with no chance to accidently slip out. Because of this construction, you need to use both hands to slide the convertible in or especially out. This case gives just the basic protection against scratches. It's thin and lightweight, but for the better protection is standard notebook bag needed. The outer surface of this case is smooth and slick, so it's easy to slide convertible with this case into regular notebook bag.

I bought one of these to use with my new works laptop, because I do quite a physical job and was concerned that the laptop I had been given was a bit too expensive/flimsy for the task! Fortunately, this case has been a godsend. I use it religiously to protect it from scratches, bashes and unexpected sideswipes! It looks great and I've had a lot of compliments. My only grip is that the magnet doesn't fasten shut when the laptop in in place. It doesn't matter particularly, because it still stays shut, it's just a mild annoyance.
