Please study the photographs it is in very good order, no warps or fading apart from where the lower shelf sitsi will answer all queries promptly, thank you for lookingi varnished a small table with the same finish and it makes quite a difference! height 180cm; width at front 95cm; base height 82cm; lower shelf 87cm, depth 30cm; upper shelves 66cm by 18cm deep; wall corner to unit mid-front is 75cm (projection) there are allowances to go over a 6cm skirting done at the time of manufacturei have done my best with the photographs and i have other photos, please ask and i will send onin very good order with the usual signs of use but it has been tucked away in a corner all it's life - originally a hallway then our dining room at present and remains quite smartonce sited and blocked the doors close squarelythe lowest shelf can be removed for extra height if requiredikea leksvik corner unit with base storage and an open shelving unit on topseparates into 2 pieces and the shelving can be reduced further for transportation if requiredthe cupboard is quite capacious as you can seesolid wood, possible a pine, in a brown stain finish, sort of antique pinei can accept cash on collection if you wish to view first, again please askthe finish is as bought from ikea so could be varnished to enrich the tone or painted as an upcycle projectselling as i need the space for an armchair! i am happy to deliver up to 15 miles radius at the asking price - paid, please ask
