I bought these items from an army surplus store about 9 months agothanks for your interestthe hat, also available and never wornthe jackets’ label, (which is similar to the photo of the label explaining the inner liner to this jacket) does say that it is “all weather”they are brand new, never wornthe jacket also has a label inside, but i failed to take a photo of that label so show youit has also a hood stored away in the zipped up collar sectionhowever, i was told, at the time of purchase, that it is totally waterproof, having benefited from an extra waterproof coating to the materiali have a mountain of other fishing tackle for sale, so if you are interested in anything else i have for sale, please reply to this advert, or to my email addressthe jacket/coat is a size ‘l’ (large)see the photos and judge for yourselfit is a cold weather field jacket, featuring a removable ‘body-warmer’ inner which just buttons in and out again, so it can be used in summer aswell as in winterthis is a full fleece cold weather field trapper style hat, also in a ‘camo’ style
