Wanted a 13 to 14hh bombproof sound pony fir hacking and fun rides with a tall 9 year old childexperienced family home with other equines

He has been ridden by all abilities, although he is only 14hh he does ride slightly bigger and can carry weight within reasonhe isn't a world beater and much prefers to hack out then go in the school but he will pop a jump or two- he hasn't done much schooling with us as wasn't bought for this, so he does not pick up the correct canter lead on the right reinhe will have a look at bigger vehicles but with a slight squeeze of the leg he will carry on no botherhe has been out of work for a couple of months so is unfit but it wont take much to get him back up to speed and he is the sort that can be left a day or tworosco has been with us for 8 years but is sadly looking for a new home due to a change in the owners circumstances, please don't be put off by his age, he has very low milage and has been mainly used for hacking, rosco is a fun, loving and willing to please pony, in the 8 years we have had him he has never let us down and has always taken care of his riderif he has been left a while it only takes 2 minutes on the lunge and he's good to go and realises it's too much like hard work! we have never taken him hunting but think he would be fine to do so, although jumping may be out of the question! he is currently barefoot but has had both fronts and full sets - we have taken then off and put them on based on his workload and time of year he is currently stabled day and night with us, but is happy to be stabled or turned out - but as he is a typical cob he will get fat on fresh air we are on quite a busy yard so is used to children, dogs, machinery and isn't fazedgood points: * good to hack * good doer * good to shoe/for farrier * good to load & travel- has been on both trailers and lorries * up to date with teeth & vaccinations * doesn't kick bad points: * has mallenders on both front legs - we are happy to disclose all information on this privately to serious potential buyers * will need to be sedated to clip and for the dentist - i think if someone was confident and patient they would be able to clip without sedation or with a twitch at times but want to make the potential buyer aware he's not just going to fall asleep when you clip * has had ulcers in the past but is now clear although rosco may be suitable for a novice rider, the care needed for him and his legs are not and will need an experienced owner for this, preferably someone who has knowledge of mallenders, so we will not entertain novices coming to view himhappy to go first or lasthe is quite happy to plod about but can go up a gear as and when required, but will go back to being on the buckle afterwards, he's not fazed by others that may spook or dance about, he is not strong but is there in your hand when you take up a contact if needed, he has been on fun rides where he is quite happy to go at any pace and take in the scenery hacks alone and in company but does prefer company until he knows his surroundings but is never nasty or nappy, just unsurehe's a very cheeky chap and will be missed but he is wasted with us and we need to do what is best for him, he will not be sold unseen and new homes will be vettedthey are stabled near a hs2 site and we have passed all sorts with himtrainers/instructors/friends/family welcome to come along to a viewing tack and rugs will be included in price serious enquires only, we have tried to be as honest in our advert as possible and will continue to be honest if we are messaged so we don't waste your time, so please don't waste oursif you have already enquired about him and viewed him, unfortunately you were not suitableif your wanting to be the next charlotte dujardin on a cob he is not for you

14hh cob gelding ride & drive joey is just turned 10 he lovely horse very kind nature loves to be loved & groomed good with farrier and dentist all up to date with jab ect has a passport he will happily hack out & is very forward good with traffic a little green in the school joey will pop over jumps he gets excited when i bought joey i was told he was the been there and done it type and that he is laid back as i had a nasty experience that completely shattered my confidence but i didn’t want to give upjoey needs a confident experienced rider that can ride him and take him to the next level and i can’t i just haven’t got it in me to even get on him as he’s forward and i’m nervous which makes him worry! he has never bucked reared or bolted this is a really sad sale he deserves to go to a home that can love him a give him the time he needs to move on to his next stage in lifeyou can’t fault him out on the road riding or in a cart it’s more schooling work he needs

I have come to the heartbreaking decision to sell my cracking mare, charley is a 12 year old 14hh new forestshe prefers to hack out in company, when hacking out alone she does nap to start with but with a firm rider this is very quickly overcome and she will go aloneshe schools nicely in an outline and although not too keen will pop a jump…charleys new home is the most important thing to me, she has touched all of hearts including my children’s and i will not just let her go anywhere, she’s a cracking pony and deserves nothing but the homeshe’s good with the vet, farrier, and dentist and is up to date with her vaccinations and also microchippedshe will come with all of her tack, 6 turnout rugs all have been washed and reproofed (light/mid/heavyweight) a fly rug which has hardly been used, grooming kit, spare bridle that’s not been used, saddle pads, everything that is hers she will come withshe’s good to catch, load, clip and bathopen to a vetting no dealersif you have any questions please feel free to call anytimeshe is turned out 24/7 in a herd with other mares but has in a previous home been stabled at night and turned out with a geldingshe is the sweetest little pony but due to family life, work commitments i’ve realised that i can’t give her the time she deserves or needs
