I have 3 cockerels and 1 henhowever, i'm sure they will be happy either way to be in a pen as long as they have a big enough space to run and exercisehere i have 4 crossbred chickens for salethese guys are about 3 months old and are bred straight from my garden, we call them our easter surprise! i really don't mind on price just as long as these guys to go great homesthe hen hasn't started laying yet but is so sweet and will start to soon, however, when she is introduced to a new environment she will take time to adjust to feel comfortable to start to layi am pricing the hen at 15ÂŁ and the cockerels 5ÂŁ, but can except any ideas for themthey range in colours, grey, white and brownthe cockerels are just below medium size and the hen is bantamthey can be bought as a flock or individually as long as they go into a flock at there new homes as they are most happy and safest this waythe cockerels would be great for a hen herd missing a little man to protect them from predatorsi love these beauties so much but no longer have any space to continue to give them the love that they need, because they are not big birds they do not need a huge amount of space, i have them free range right now and seem to prefer this more than in a captive penthey are lovely chickens with an easy temperamentthey will be afraid and shy at first in new surroundings but will be quick to adjust as long as they get treated a day with a bit of corn, they will be your best friends! read more
