I am selling my caravan as i no longer have a use for iti have not had this caravan serviced which is why i am selling it at a lower price than some othersi forgot to add, the whole caravan is totally dry, as far as i can see it has no damp at allthe middle of the caravan has a kitchen on one side and opposite are 2 seats and a table which converts to a single bed or a bunk bed areait towed fantastically using my small 4x4 even in strong winds over exposed hills on a dual carriagewayit is clean throughout and does have a fridge / freezer, working oven, grill and gas hobit has an l shaped seating area at one end which converts to a double bedit comes with curtains, blinds and fly screenshitchlock included paperwork included waste water container included some toilet cleaning products included a small amount of kitchen utensils included george foreman electric griddle / grill included things to note: it needs a new leisure battery but works fine through mains electrics toothere is a separate ladder for the bunk beds which is includedalso a separate curtain which can be pulled around the bunk bed areathis is an old caravan, approx , so does show some signs of age but it is very clean and functionalinternal lights throughoutthere is a large separate bathroom with a separate toilet, separate sink and a proper separate large showerthere is a storage bunker externally at the frontthe cover for one of the exterior water pipe outlets/inlets has broken offthere is also a large wardrobe in the bathroom plus cupboards above and below the sinkit has had no leaks in the 3 years that i have owned it even during the worst wet winters and it has been kept outsideplease serious enquiries only! no refunds, i am not a dealershipit also has a gas fire and hot water heateri have only used this as a day room but did tow it for about an hour when i bought it 3 years agoall seating has storage underneath
