The sound of music - original vintage soundtrack + very rare unique? booklet …must be seen this is the original rodgers & hammerstein’s soundtrack from the film the sound of musicall in all this is a very good copy of a rare booklet explaining the story and making of the filmif you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact methere are 32 pages (not including the cover)the label is unmarked, although it is a deeper red than it appears in the photographplease look at the photographs and see if you agree with my descriptionbased on what i have read i would grade this one as follows: sleeve: vgno marks or scuffs, probably only played two or three timesbooklet: very rare ©no other has been found on the internet at the time of advertisingyes it really is 51 years ago! this recording is in exceptional condition and comes with a booklet that was probably only on sale at cinemas where the film was being shown, although copies could be obtained from the publishers in pall mallthere are a few minor creases and scuffs (mainly to the corners) from storagethere are slight scuffs to the edges, some slight discolouring and minor creasingthe pages are not as bright as they appear in the photographsthere is slight discolouration to the sleevei am not a record dealer, but have looked at other items graded by dealersthe spine is in excellent condition – straight and no creases
