We did a lot to it to transform it into more of a cosy summer housewe spent £ on the shed, on offer £650 it comes with all the above described read moreit has 10years anti rot garaunteewe bought it going back 8months ago but haven’t used it much, we got it double glazed with perspex windows, we’ve got a camera installed and lighting also it has 2 sockets for electric and it also has laminate flooring, and cat flaphi there we have a shed 10x8, ideally we ordered a 10x12 but the manufacturers got it wrongit has a heavy duty shed base to stand on which is a solid quality plastic base which we purchased separatelywe hardly used it as our cats were used to being indoors and wouldn’t stay in it

For sale is an 8x8 summer house this is in great condition already been dismantled please note you will need new felt for the roof as the top layer of wood the shiplap stuff has been disposed of as was rotten rest is a great condition as can be seen in the pics the sides have all been marked for easy building the hardest part the roof was not marked so you will need to know how to build it up again and 1 piece does need replacing or repairing (i can help with transport local for cost but needs to be paid for upfront the base was also cut in half to get into van as was over 8 x8 this is no problem as has now got metal brackets holding together please dont expect a new summer house this does have the odd mark here and there this is all flatacked ready for collection over this week end if needed
