Extra carved medium size georgian bow rocking horse circatraces of georgian ochre gesso base were discovered under some late victorian restoration worksduring restoration quite a lot of its history came to light as it was stripped back (as shown in the photographs)this is a very sad sale but necessary as we do not now have the space for it and would love for it to be cherished and used by further generationsthis rocking horse has been in our family since and it is has been loved by 2 generations of children in that timethe bow itself was returned to its original green colour, having been blue from the victorian perioddimensions: seat height 31" overall height 42" maximum width 19" length 78" collection in person is preferred but may be prepared to deliver within 200 miles radius from liverpool for fuel costsit was professionally restored in and the outdoor photographs were taken at that timethe indoor photographs were taken very recently and it remains in a similar condition to when it was restored
