I have several wild type axolotls available for their forever homesthey were born on and are approx 6 inches from snout to tip of taili did not breed these myself, but purchased eggs from a local reputable breeder and hatched themthere are several good groups on facebook or search for a website called caudata dot org read morethey are eating all types of food, dendrobaena worms, repashy grub pie, pellets and smaller food such as california blackworms or frozen bloodwormthey are coldwater creatures so best temperature is around cno heater needed but a chiller may be required in warmer summers (ok we are in scotland i know, but still your pet's health is important) you will need a cycled aquarium ready (i cannot provide equipment or tanks) the live for up to 20 years so you need to carry out research before you commit to a pet for this length of timethese should be kept in a single species aquarium as other smaller fish will be seen as food or may harm the axie
