But then some days if a bird flies out of the hedge and spooks him then heāll think youāve hurt him and doesnāt want to knowmy older horse has since been sold and now this little chap is by himself and in need of a new homeif he went in a huge paddock you wouldnāt get near himhe is quiet and calm in the paddocki donāt want much for him, but he isnāt free as i donāt want him ending up in the wrong handsitās much easier having him in a smaller space, at least until he learns to trust youheās been stabled and is happy to be left in or go out on his own/with companyyou can take others away and he doesnāt whinny or get sillyhe is very easily spooked and very good at scaring himself! he is not suitable for children or noviceshe just needs a one to one, sympathetic handler to give him time and let him learn to trustheās just very nervous but with the stubbornness of a shetland! heās passported, wormed and feet trimmedskewbald, three year old, standard shetland pony type (not registered) geldingheās happy to be left alone and doesnāt get attached to other horseshe comes over for food in a bucket and thatās how i catch himthe not so good bits - although quiet, tonto is very nervous around peoplei purchased tonto a few months ago to be a companion pony to my older horsehe is tricky to catch and needs to be kept in restricted turnout for this reasonthe good bits - tonto is a fantastic companionhe is a shetland type but not overweight and doesnāt get fatsadly i just donāt have the time to give him what he needsonce youāve got him, heās happy to be brushed and have a fussor to just be a companion and left alonewhen i bought him i was told heād not had a good start in lifehe loves his treats and starts to relax if the handler is calm and steady around himheās a lovely looking chap with gorgeous blue eyes

Occasionally spooks due to inexperiencedno tack inc read morewas used for a year then left in field as she went uniwhen hacking heās a plod2hh 9 year old cob gelding for salehe has been used as a companion since as iāve not got the timemike is green for his age as was bought for my sister 5 years ago for hacking

Although a little keen, nothing dangerousbut has never caused any issueshacks out in company or alonehe does do small spooks, nothing dangerous or over the top and he settles right awaybeen out hunting once, happy with the hounds and jumped everythingand he is too good, showing plenty of potential to just leave in a fieldi have x rays of the hock, to show itās completely healed2hh kindest temperament6yo x-racer gelding 16good to shoe, clip, bath, box etc he has 3 lovely paces, just gained % in his second prelimmine and his favourite is side saddle, heās got the paces and the frame! he is still green, and would need an experienced rideritās a very sad sale, the only reasons heās up for sale as i just donāt have the time to ride 2(video available) loves cross county, with a super scopey jumphe will only go to the best of homes! read morehe finished racing sound, he did fracture his hock as a 2yoqualified for sunshine tour show jumping

3hh bay mare 13yrs low ????????based in suffolkmany pictures as we've had her a few years nowsweetheart pony, sadly outgrown and too good to be a field ornamentdoes jump but my son isn't that keen,but has still kept her going over a range of different obstaclesgreat to load,lunge/long rein,groom etc and great to be lead whilst riding and will keep up without a lead rope toohappy to hack out without her buddies, bomb proof on roads and never spooks,bolts,bites or kicksbetsie is the 'mothers dream' type of family pony that is hard to findmore pictures available on requestlooking for a new ?? and a new little person to love and give her the fuss and time she deservesbeautiful kind and patient,a proper 1st pony who will walk to heel better than my dog! she is also happy and trustworthy enough to let even the tiniest of jockeys pootle around without whizzing offlooking for a loving home

Ludo is excellent in all types of traffic and rarely spooks at anythingalthough he is not a difficult ride i do want ludo to go to an experienced home with a competent rider who can take him to the next stage of his education so no novices pleasesorry but no loans or lwvtb3hh thoroughbred gelding by helmet out of a very successful race mareĀ£ sensible offers consideredhe will go first or last in companyludo can be viewed and tried 5 minutes from junction 37 of the a1 m near doncasterhe is shod (fronts only) and is in regular workhe hacks out alone and though he still calls out occasionally due to age and inexperience, he does not nap or misbehaveto date ludo has been mainly hacked with some basic schooling and lunge work and is beginning to work in an outlinehe is never strong or silly and doesnāt hot up, even after a gallophe was in training but never raced and has been with me for nearly 2 yearsa good looking horse with very good conformation, ludo has a lovely calm, gentle and affectionate naturehe lives in or out and has absolutely no stable vicesthank you read morehe can be left in the field by himselfdelivery may be possible according to distancehe is ridden in a loose ring snaffle with a lozenge and is a safe, sensible rideludo is up to date with vaccinations, teeth and wormingludo will load into a trailer and i was told he had been in a lorryhe is easy to do and is good to catch and shoe (never been clipped)he enjoys popping logs in the woods and would jumphe doesnāt rear, bolt or spin but has occasionally put a buck in if left behind in canter though nothing serious and he hasnāt done it in months
