Fantastic clear soundin fact they sound better than when i got thembowers & wilkins b&w dm 603 s2 pair of speakersthey are now 'warmer' in tone, and sound gorgeous!!!! these speakers have unfortunately suffered the usual tweeter crumpling problems (due to a previous owner!), and 1 now has 2 small holes inno net covers unfortunately, but look better without (some say sound better?) no floor standing spikes (i am sure can be obtained online) no bus bar connects either (i am sure can be obtained online) although i have read that you are best making your own interconnects, to benefit from full performance of these superb speakers(hence the glue marks) the speakers have been used almost daily, with a wide range of music & volumes, and have been perfect ever sincewon a what hi-fi award when they were new!!! and many online forums have since said these are still one of the best second hand speakers you can buyor bi-wire them as intendedbetter value than todays offerings - plus not made in china!) the driver surrounds have been replaced last year*cash on collection only please!* read moreblack ash cabinents in good conditionthe tweeters have been straightened out again, and are working perfectly, producing beautiful high frequencies
