Texas is an 11 year old (12 in june) beautiful skewbald gelding5t (that’s what i have), great to shoe, clip fine if you use trimmers but needs sedation for big clippershe’s a real stop and go with the pack typehacks out fine in company, doesn’t like going on his own but i do manage to go - he gets tense and spooky (not at traffic)he’s a big sensitive horse with a brain that needs to be in good work, i think he’d really find his tribe in a hounding homehas done a small amount of everything but very low mileage for age, full history known from foalloads great into trailer or 3lovely horse on the ground, no malachi in him whatsoeverprice reflects that he had aug to dec off last year, partly because he bruised his feet on the hard summer ground and then i was so busy with work i left him until after christmasi hopped straight on him after 4 months and took for a hack with a buddy and he was finehe’s not strong for his size, ridden in a snaffleforced to sell now as yard is closing at end of feb, so i don’t want to move him now then put him up for sale and move him again in a couple of months timewill only be sold to the perfect home and rider for a switched on but sensitive horseso he’s walking out on the roads currently, not fit, not back in the arena yet etcnot a novice ride, has followed hounds in previous home a couple of times and this is where his heart would really be

14hh (approx) skewbald gelding 8 years old forward jumping/allrounder pony he’s currently competing classes! has jumped up to 115 at home on a single fence i’d like him to go to an experienced home only please as he can be strong schooling/jumping on grass, he’s better in a sand school but we put a gag in at home on the grass but a hanging cheek snaffle in when we’re out in a sand school/ out competing he gets placed almost every time hes out -it’s usually my daughter loosing the way round that they don’t get placed! he’s never bucked or reared in the time we have had him10* experienced home please no novices and ideally jumping home or a general all rounder! up to date with everything jabs, teeth, farrier, worming, physio etc very sad sale but my daughter doesn’t stop growing and she’s getting too big for him and doesn’t fit in his saddle properly this is the only reason he’s for sale! fit and ready to go! vids/pics on request i know all this pony’s history from birth up until now! £ ono home more important! a 2 week trial is an option with a non refundable deposit in place usually i take 10% of agreed price please call/message thank you katie read morehe’s good to clip, for farrier being trimmed (has to be twitched or sedated for shoes on) he loads straight on a trailer or lorry fine but can be bouncy once on and travelling that’s allalthough he’s on his own with us in the stable and we find a garlic lick it works a treat! fields on his own or with mares or geldings- he’s currently out 24/7 at the moment he hacks out alone or in company, he’s a forward joggy hack but no nastiness in him what so ever! doesn’t bother about traffic what we have seen with himhe’s good in the stable with company but doesn’t like to be on his own
