Baby ducklings – white campbells - hatched 21st may this year’s hatch of pure white, egg laying ducklings are now ready for collectionthe ducklings are sexed before collection, and we only sell the females, so you are guaranteed your own egg layers before too longthe postcode is bn8 6jd, please send a message or text to arrange a collection day and time and we will reserve your ducklings for youthe ducklings these are a hybrid white campbell duck - bred specifically to be of a calm nature and prolific egg layer of pure white eggshowever, as cute as this is, they do require some looking after, in particular, you will need a heat lamp, or heat source for the first three weeks until their feathers come throughthe younger you take the duckling, the easier it is to tame, it will imprint on you and act as though you are the parentthey are very small, and will need a heat source for 2-3weeksideally keep them indoors, or in a conservatory or shed until they are “off heat”even better if they can have something where they can wash their whole face to their eyesorder & collection collections can be made monday to sunday from 9am – 7pmthese ducks are unable to fly very far – just a few feet off the ground for about 5-8 feet in length, so they will need to be protected from foxes at night in a secure runthey will also need a run that is protected from the foxesyou also need fresh water at all time for them to drink, as they love to wash their food down with a drinkthe water has to deep enough to allow them to submerge their bills, so that they can clean the airways(we do not sell single ducklings, as feel that they need the company of one other duckling for animal wellbeing)collection from bn86jd all day friday 22nd - saturday 23rd - sunday 24th
