Aluminium safety stirrup iron by look based on the barnes buckle light weight what a great idea, the barnes buckle is a safety device which attaches to the stirrup and stirrup leathertests on the buckles show that in normal riding circumstances it would take a pressure of kg to part the piecesit does not affect your riding in any way, but if the worst happens and you fall off and your foot is stuck in the stirrup, the parts will release under only 6kg of pressurethe british horse society has also given its approval to the buckles, i accept pay pal thanks for lookingplease see my other itemsevery rider dreads falling off; and being dragged, even more so
