This rug was new when boughtÂŁ was originally paid for this rugthank you for looking at my rugit is a really beautiful, hand made, rugthe rug is 137cms x 82cms, including fringesthe rug is in perfect condition; no wear at allplease feel free to ask any questions about this rugthere are an enormous number of handmade knots per square inchi have for sale a beautiful, handmade, silk on silk, iranian, persian, qum, ghum, ghom rugthe rug was bought from penman's antique fair, chester racecourse, approximately 10 to 15 years agothe rug is constructed of 100% silk, weave and pile, hence the phrase silk on silkeven the fringes are perfect as the rug has never been on the floor, just hung on the wallthis is an expertly vetted antiques selling event so i am perfectly confident that this rug is a qumthis is an indication of the very high qualitythe detail is very fineit is 'signed' at one endi will happily supply additional photographs of the detailthe pile is cut as short as velvetthe main colours are black, gold, beige, blue and pink
