Very handsome approx 10hh registered standard ride & drive shetlandvery very sadly for sale from the field due to owners worsening ill health & impending surgerywe have photos & videos of him both being ridden on lead & driven in cart but selling from field due to our circumstancesvery sweet boy but seeking experienced home as can be cheeky & opinionated due to being very food orientated & wanting to snatch grass etc as fears otherwise he may waste away!! he has nipped in past after being fed treats in a previous home - this has improved lots but still ideally needs a firm handlerplease no timewasters as this is hard enoughcurrently not in work but happily wouldgood barefoot feetgood to harness & put to cartvery good in trafficbeautiful looking chunky lad chestnut with flaxen mane & tailcould make stunning in hand show pony; ideal companion as will stay alone when another horse goes out & lives with other shetlands or bigger horses; excellent travel companion: been ridden on lead rein: has driven in both two & four wheel carts: enjoys being groomedhe goes out for walks (we have no small children) & much to his disgust we restrict his grazing - he does not have laminitis or other health issueslives in or out, cheap to keepup to date with farrier, worming, etcexcellent to load & travelrespects electric fencing (when on!)
