raleigh motus grand tour open boschi can give you the details of the shop to sort it out but the shop is not local to harrogatethere are problems with with my bike but i'm sure that an electric bike shop would be able to sort the problems outi'm sure if you took it to a regular electric bike shop they could fix it because it is a brand new bikei've never managed to get it working properlycollection onlywhat is wrong with it is that it takes ages to switch on (3-5 mins), i can't manage to change the electric mode from one program to another and the dial that tells you what gear the bike is in, doesn't worki've only used the bike for 5 miles so maybe it is just me not knowing how to use the bikeit has a nyon display which costs extrathis is a brand new bike that i've only used oncethe bike is still under guarantee so maybe bosch would be willing to sort it out, i'm not surei know that the waiting time to fix a bike is long at the moment but it does still work in the meantime
