If needed/wanted can also include thetford portaloofor a small caravan there is masses of storage and we tend to leave the bedding and stuff in situthe seats have been re covered but the original remain intact under the loose coversthe hub caps are the original monza ones just one of the many original features of this lovley little caravanthis caravan is a real head turner and stands out from all the others on sitethe caravan has been wired up however we have left the gas lights in for authenticitywe also added a tile splashback to freshen it upi uses butane gas bottle and electric hookup cablewe have had many happy memories in her but our children are getting a little big to use sleeping in the bunks hence our reluctant salethe 'skylight (piece of brown plastic) blew off in the humber bridge so has been replaced with a piece of polycarbonate as we have been unable to source a skylight in the right sizethe water to the sink is delivered via a foot pump under the sink areawe have had some damp at the rear right hand side but replaced the wall and subsequently wallpapered to hide the repairboth of which last us around 4 days before needing emptying filling etc we also had to replace the bunk as this was missing so its in our own style's abi monza 4 berth caravan this was originally brown and orange when we acquired it however we chose to re style it in bluethere are two sockets in both seating areas alsoit comes with a water bottle and waste bottlethe caravan now houses a small fridge and mini oven both of which are pluggable in situ with an additional plug for an electric kettle if neededthe curtains unfortunately didn't survive the washing machine so had to be replaced

portaloo not included but have one for sale at the moment for £40 it comes complete with ceiling liners for added insulation, pegs, mallet groundsheet (made from two ground sheets but cover the main tent area) spare tyre and lock for the trailer would need new lockthere is also a large storage box fitted onto the front of the trailer which can hold a lot of equipmentit sleeps 4 people on the fixed raised beds with upgraded mattress, we have added an extra 2-25 – 3in thick, underneath these, there are large areas which can be used for storage or you could buy trailer tent under bed inner bedrooms cost around £25 we don’t have any as they were not required it comes with, a kitchen that fits on the back of the trailer for transportation, and then fits into a side section of the tent when put upthis tent is in good conditionthe kitchen has a sink, double gas stove and grill, pipe and regulator fitted, and plenty of storage spacesome of the poles may have broken springs, but they still work and there is replacement springs and clips in a bag supplied5in form to them so they are now 2the canvas is in good condition, no rips or tears and last time it was used it was fully waterproofthere is a separate curtained off toilet area
