This pony has been a delight to back and we will only sale to the right people, he does not come with rugs or tackalthough he is very easy and schools beautifully i donāt want to say heās a 1st pony yet as he needs more experience and to be a bit older however perfect lead rein or second pony or for a teenager who wants to go out and do everything and have fun, although would make a great mother daughter share if mum is shorthe also has hacked out alone and in company will go first or last on roads and the open forestocklestream maverick (barry) 13hands 4 year old new forest geldingbacked and broken 8 weeks now with impeccable manners, walk, trots canter at a steady pace but always forward not a plod, he has competed 3 times already and placed every timevery calm and steady the showing judged loved him and said he has a lot of potential and canāt wait to see him out again, heās got a good jump on him but is still a little clumsy heās been round our cross country and has jumped ditches water fences and logs, he doesnāt quicken before or afterhe has shown, jumped and dressage out at 3 different competitionshampshire based swaywe can put shoes on if him if you want open to vettings

If you are looking for a fun pony to go on endless adventures, this is the one for youthis pony will be brilliant with someone who wants to build a bond and have a new best friendshe isn't spooky and loves a good blast across the fields, but is equally happy with a walk and trot up the roadin the school she's a little green but so honest to a jump and tries her heart outregularly hacks alone with a 13 year oldshe would happily do a 70cm course and with a little more work on the flat, would easily go higheragain, totally not spooky and jumps all the fillerssnaffle mouthed at all timesshe would be amazing on the hunting field as she's so safe to hack, in a group she will wait while the others leaveshe does like a balanced rider with soft hands, she can on occasion scoot forward, her current rider just ignores this and carries on, but she's not keen if her rider then pulls on her mouthto handle, she's easy to do, can be a little nervous with new people and need a treat to catch, but once she knows you, follows you like a dogshe excels at hacking, any traffic, any field, she's up for itshe jumps ditches, piles of straw in the stubble fields etc
