Approximate sizes:- 89” long 34” from floor to top of cushion at the back 64” from the back to the front edge of the chaise 37” from the back to the front of the sofa on the left hand side 15” seat height this sofa is in a decent condition apart from the chaise section needing attention as mentionedthe sofa is located near the watersports centre near the albert dock, liverpoolblack leather chaise sofa (needs attention) brushed chrome feetsplits into two as shownthere is a cut in the fabric underneath the sofa where we had to retrieve something that slipped down the side of the cushion, it has no effect on the sofathe chaise section of the sofa has stitching coming out on one seam (please look at all photo) also the chaise seat is not as bouncy as it once wasif you are considering buying this sofa please message me and you are more than welcome to view first
