I am listing this as a kit the bike in good working order has had welding done to the stem of the seat as it was damaged i have installed a solid metal rod in its place in to the frame so is now very sturdy it takes my weight and i am 16 stones about the kit its a 500 watt front wheel motor with a 36 volt lithium battery it will go about 20 miles with pedal assist or without peddling 8 miles very powerfull bike you can get about 30 mph on a straight roadsold as seen no returnsthe seat height is 3ft 3inch you cannot adjuist this because of the way it was welded although you could angle grind the seat stem to a lower height to accomodate your height it would not take to long i would like to emphasize this would be classed as an off road bike because of the speed
