Still green in some aspects in the school but looking more for someone to get him out and about own transport is required due to yard location we would like: • someone that is happy and confident to hack alone or in company (lots of people on the yard to go with depending on timings)) •another child rider - he would suit a small adult that won’t just get on and bang him round the school because they’re in a rush what we offer: •no yard duties6 years old and been in solid work for nearly a yearprevious applicants and associates of previous sharers need not bother applyingsadly readvertised through no fault of his own: gorgeous on the inside and outside! 14h cob, still with a little growing and maturing to do• someone flexible on days/times to work alongside other sharers work patterns/childcare •someone with common sense with regards to keeping the yard tidy after themselves, putting things away, not leaving lights on •someone that has his welfare and best interest at heart and doesn’t just see him as a toy to pose with or pick up and drop •someone realistic with their own abilities and experience what we don’t want: •someone with all the gear and no idea! •someone unreliable (againit’s expected that you’re capable and happy to bring in or fetch out of stable, groom, ride/exercise, put things away, put him back out/in stablehe’s currently hacked out by an 11 year old and ridden in the school by an 8 year oldotherwise, all mucking out, bets, feeds etc are all done so you don’t have to •two rides per week •a huge indoor school •seasonal off road hacking •lots of other hacking routes with company •easy going owner providing she’s not messed about or taken the mick out of! •secure tack locker to keep your things if you wish •the opportunity to accompany owner to shows and events locally due to previous time wasters, there is a £50 deposit to be paid up frontthis is held in leu of notice, damage or theft of items provided and returned if all conditions are met at the end of the agreement and upon return of the key you’ll be givenpayment is £80 per month (£10 a day, far cheaper than your own horse or a riding school!!) to be paid in advance and then due on the last day of every month thereafterif he’s in, it’s common sense to check that he has hay etc and clean up foot pickings/hair/bedding trail from stableno more timewasters or dolly day dreamers please!! read moreplease do message if you think he might be suitable and you’d like to come and meet him

However if you own your own transport and this is something you can do with kindness and patience then i don’t think it would take too long to build up his confidenceopen to vettings etc and will come with all tack (fitted saddle) and full wardrobe (10+ rugs) £ read morearby is brilliant to school on the flat, with 3 lovely forward pacesarbys biggest downfall is loadinghas uncapped potential with the right rider, i’m sure12yr old irish cob geldinghacking in company he is brilliant however hacking by himself has become a struggle lately as he will just nap until you let him go home, it’s something we’re working on however with my lack of time our bad habits are getting the better of usshowing is our forte, always coming home with redshe is not a fani hire someone to load him and travel him as i don’t have my own box or trailer to practice witharby is not a novice ride and would suit a confident teenager/adult looking for a cob with a bit of spice as he definitely isn’t a plod alongarby is a gem to handle on the ground, to groom, tack up etc and loves the attention & of course treats?? but is never nippywe are working at prelim level dressage and consistently score above 65% and he will jump a course of 60cm no problemarbs requires a strong and confident rider to jump him as if it’s anything over his safe height (cm) he does tend to doubt himself and want to run out last minute (however will never stop dead in front) but can jump 1m with ease when feeling confidenti have owned arby for over a year and he’s given me the best year of my life, however due to work etc i no longer have the time he deserves and it just isn’t fair as he loves attentionhowever i’m sure with consistency, this cycle will easily be broken
