Unfortunate, as the seat, skirts and rest of the saddle is sound and of good quality leather which will last for many more years of use yet (the older the saddle, the better quality they are often!)both flaps have been repaired but to look it's best, the left flap needs the patch replacing againhowever, you may only want a good quality, comfortable saddle at an economical price and so this may be perfect for youthis is one of falcon's early saddles which was lovely but unfortunately wore through on the (top layer only) flapsit appears to be a medium fit and has a nice wide, comfortable seat
