This tent is brand new ! we bought this tent and my son ripped a seam, i purchased accidental damage when i bought the tent so sent it back but zempire sent a brand new tent with carpet, it’s comes with the ground sheet but i have used this with the previous tenti have since bought a touring caravan and this tent is to good to just store, i have 5 children and this tent has done a brilliant job with room and enjoyment
