11 year old chestnut shetland mare approxmy children have spent time with nellie since she has come āback inā but show no interest in riding at the moment instead preferring to work inhand with our other shetlandit feels a shame that nellie is not being used to her full potential when she could be making another little person and family happy, and it is for this reason only that we are looking for a new home for herwe bought nellie 16 months ago as a lead rein pony for my two young children, she was a lovely girl happy for my two children to brush her, lead her around and ride her on the lead rein until very unexpectedly approximately six weeks after we bought her she had a foal! we turned nellie and her foal out and allowed her to be a mum, and in the meantime my two children continued to look after our other shetland40inches, not spsbs registeredwe did a gradual weaning for nellie and her foal and they have now been fully separated for approximately 10 weeksshe is up to date with worming, feet, jabsshe has obviously not been worked since being on āmum dutiesā so would need a little input to get her going again but i really donāt think this would take long

Skewbald, three year old, standard shetland pony type (not registered) geldinghe is a shetland type but not overweight and doesnāt get fatmy older horse has since been sold and now this little chap is by himself and in need of a new homeor to just be a companion and left alonebut then some days if a bird flies out of the hedge and spooks him then heāll think youāve hurt him and doesnāt want to knowwhen i bought him i was told heād not had a good start in lifehe is quiet and calm in the paddockhe comes over for food in a bucket and thatās how i catch himonce youāve got him, heās happy to be brushed and have a fussthe good bits - tonto is a fantastic companionsadly i just donāt have the time to give him what he needsif he went in a huge paddock you wouldnāt get near himi purchased tonto a few months ago to be a companion pony to my older horseitās much easier having him in a smaller space, at least until he learns to trust youheās a lovely looking chap with gorgeous blue eyesheās been stabled and is happy to be left in or go out on his own/with companyyou can take others away and he doesnāt whinny or get sillyheās happy to be left alone and doesnāt get attached to other horsesheās just very nervous but with the stubbornness of a shetland! heās passported, wormed and feet trimmedhe just needs a one to one, sympathetic handler to give him time and let him learn to trustthe not so good bits - although quiet, tonto is very nervous around peoplehe is very easily spooked and very good at scaring himself! he is not suitable for children or novicesi donāt want much for him, but he isnāt free as i donāt want him ending up in the wrong handshe loves his treats and starts to relax if the handler is calm and steady around himhe is tricky to catch and needs to be kept in restricted turnout for this reason

Price not set in stone! make an offer it may be your lucky day! but no silly offers! shetland 18ft boat,70hp outboard & snipe trailer, could do with pressure washing any questions or to arrange a viewing please call no texts i do not respond to them! so this boat is being sold due to a bereavement! it was used regularly up until 4 years ago, but been sat on a driveway since then, she is an 18ft shetland powered by a 70hp evinrude outboard with fuel tank and power a trim, the trailer is a snipe breakback trailer could do with a paint, it has the blue deck cover shown but will need patch / repair or use as template for a new one, i am having to selling as a project, as i am not the original owner so do not have much knowledge! accept it was in regular use it all seams to be there except a battery, inside there is a set of blue cushions, and a switchboard for lights pumps etc we towed it around 100 miles this week to are farm with out issue, but we did have to put a brand new tyre on it at a cost of 50 quid before the trip please feel free to call anytime sorry no texts i do not respond to them! thanks read more
