Ocklestream maverick (barry) 13hands 4 year old new forest geldinghe also has hacked out alone and in company will go first or last on roads and the open forestbacked and broken 8 weeks now with impeccable manners, walk, trots canter at a steady pace but always forward not a plod, he has competed 3 times already and placed every timehampshire based swayalthough he is very easy and schools beautifully i don’t want to say he’s a 1st pony yet as he needs more experience and to be a bit older however perfect lead rein or second pony or for a teenager who wants to go out and do everything and have fun, although would make a great mother daughter share if mum is shortvery calm and steady the showing judged loved him and said he has a lot of potential and can’t wait to see him out again, he’s got a good jump on him but is still a little clumsy he’s been round our cross country and has jumped ditches water fences and logs, he doesn’t quicken before or afterthis pony has been a delight to back and we will only sale to the right people, he does not come with rugs or tackhe has shown, jumped and dressage out at 3 different competitionswe can put shoes on if him if you want open to vettings

He is 11 years old new forest x welsh d approx 14dakota breeze new forest x welsh d gelding 11 years old alrounder pc/rc potential perfect mother and daughter/son share ?? sadly for personal reasons, i have come to the decision to look for a new home for my gorgeous boy, cody who i have owned for the past 5 yearsovno including all his rugs and tack also by seperate negotiation a recent new ideal h and c fitted saddle x read morehe is good for the farrier although barefoot at the moment vet, dentist, hygienist and physio and is also good to box, catch and clipcody has very low mileage for his age, but has tonnes of potential and can do a bit of everything he has limited competition experience as i do not have transport, but has done online dressage and some local dressage competitions achieving pleasing scores and resultsi do feel with another more confident, relaxed rider and another horse with him, this would improvehe is responsive forward ride with lovely paces, but not sharp or strongno lwvtb but any trial welcome as we have good trial facilities with arena and open fields with sj and xc fencesi am in no rush to sell and will only honestly sell to the right home i would say he is not suitable for a complete novice or nervous rider so please no time wastersthis has been a incredibly difficult decision as i adore this pony2 and is dark bay/blacksadly i lack the confidence he needsdue to a traumatic incident we experienced a couple of years ago whilst hacking out (not our fault) cody does have some anxiety when hacking away from the yard with mecody has the most amazing temperament and is a perfect gentleman on the ground to handle, loves being pampered and groomedwith the right confident and knowledgable home, i feel he would make a fantastic alround pc/rc fun horse, particularly wh, showing and dressage
