I upgraded the ram from 4 gb to 8gb so is more efficienti lost a 1 of the 4 little pads on the bottom (see photo)it comes with a charger (but no plug)the top lid has a couple of dents and scratches, but that does not effect the performance (see photos)as you can see it has a few cosmetic issues, but the performance is still very good for the computer
