These lovely blue eggs are £2fertile eggs out of my lovely pen of golden and isabella duckwing araucanasall araucanas lay lovely blue/green eggs, and were used to create the breed known as the cream legbarwhile the araucanas may not lay as many eggs per year, they are supose to live longer, so potentially lay more in their lifetimepostage and packaging available monday- thursday, costing £6fertility has been proven by my incubator, therefore i cannot take responsibility for postage or incubation errorsthe chicks produced should be sexable, as they are simular to those of the cream legbar50 per a 2kg parcel, although collection is encouragedboth are very rare colours, with the isabellas being the recessive colour of the two, so it is unlikely to be expressed in the chicks produced by my gdw cockeral, but not impossible

Indian runners are lovely ducks and will lay lovely big eggs for youa plastic paint roller tub is very good for young ducklings as it has a slope they can walk out of, they need food and water down all the time when growing and need to have plenty of exercise preferably on grass and away from dogs, they cannot be left in the garden by themselves as cats crows magpies will have them, so only supervised exercisethey can’t have a pond at this age they will drown, they are incubator raised so don’t have the natural oils they get to stay afloat from their motheri will have indian runner ducklings available on 20th june, they will be a few days old and require a heat lamp, experience ownwers only please as they can be very messy and some people just don’t realise this and then end up rehoming at a later date, so please do your homework first, they are near enough fully grown at 8 weeks so don’t stay cute and fluffy for long, they need to be put away each evening before dark to protect them from foxes and other predators once they are adult size, until then they need to be kept under a heat lamp to keep warm and kept indoors, they will be fed on none medicated chick crumb with added brewers yeast for extra niacin as they grow, i feed fancy feed chick crumb with extra brewers yeast, they should not be allowed to run on slippery surfaces as this can cause leg issues and splayed legs, grass towels and carpet or any rubber surfacesplease message me if you need more information elaine x read more

My golden duckwing and isabella duckwing araucanas are laying some lovely blue eggs at the momentthe eggs are believed to be fertile with the cockeral in photo 2 running with themi have hatched some of their eggs myself and not had any issues, however they have not travelled very far to the incubatorplease bear in mind that going through the postage system usually reduces their fertility, with this in mind i will add an extra egg to each box but will not refund eggs not developingaraucanas are a friendly breed that are the original blue egg layers and tend to have a longer life expectancy than the hybridsall the chicks i have hatched from this group are golden duckwing colour, as would be expected as the isabella colouring is the recessive gene colourcollection is preferredpostage & packaging is £6please bear in mind there is a chance that this colour might appear in the next generation
