Excellent condition lavinia mitchell black dressage / vsd saddle this is a bespoke saddle made for me by lavinia mitchellthe saddle is a 17i have shown two pictures for the measurements on the width, one to show the width between the d rings and one to show the width between the panelsi will be selling with two sets of knee blocks, large dressage knee blocks as show in the pictures and smaller vsd knee blocks which i can send pictures if requiredit has slightly curved saddle flaps of the vsd, with the deep seat of the dressage and long girth straps of the dressage5" and a size 2 in lm saddles or fits like a m/w in conventional fittingi wanted a saddle that was between a vsd and a dressage saddlethe saddle was reflocked by a master saddler in june and only been used a handful of times since this was done

It's a brown lavinia mitchell gp (but looks and rides like a vsd)since my horse has changed shape a lot, i am now sadly having to sell my beautiful and oh so comfortable saddle ??adjustable and removable thigh/knee blocksplease get in touch if you need any more photos or infoit was reflocked last year and has had very little use since thenit is a beautifully made saddle, extremely comfortable for both horse and rider17" and originally a size 3 (extra wide) but it has been narrowed to make it a wide fit (size 2?)it is therefore a very sad sale ??it was checked by a master saddler a few weeks ago and is in perfect condition

We have used her for hacking, riding in the field, and at our local riding club where she has taken part in gymkhana games, dressage, show jumping, and xc ralliesshe’s great for someone perhaps older just wanting a relaxed ride, something to take hacking with the children, or some local riding club, clinics etcloves all the fuss and attention! beauty is super to hack out! very easy sit and kick/steer typebeauty is a trotter however does trot normally when schooling! beauty currently lives out, shod in front, recently and back and teeth done, up to date with working and jabsshe’s given my sister an introduction to everything and always has been so forgiving3hh, 11yo, standardbred mareshe has been owned by my eight year old sister for the last year and just been and absolute superstar with herwe have travelled her a few times however we feel she could benefit from someone either spending a lot of time, reassurance, and patience with her or someone who’s interests don’t involve travellingwe would be happy to include her tack and rugsit’s a reluctant sale but my sister has completely lost interest in the horses and i’m expecting a baby so we feel it’s unfair to keep her as a field ornament as she does very much enjoy ridden workshe will load straight away, every time, good as goldbeaut is super kind and easy on the groundyou can also ride and lead from herhowever she does worry when i’m motionbeen ridden in heavy traffic by an eight year old, fantastic in open spacesher only downside is that she isn’t good to travel in a trailer, unsure about a lorry

A brilliant first horse / pony club / riding club fantastic alrounder, a real gentleman to handle and do in every wayhe will excel in any discipline, and has competed up to 1m unaffiliated and with brc, he is very easy to ride and will look after his rider! his only vice is that he can crib but he stops when wearing a crib collarup to date with jabs, dentist, farrier and wormermore photos and videos available upon request(good to clip, shoe, load, hack etc) dalee is experienced in all activities and always has a sane and level head, he will happily go to the beach, hack, go cross country or showjumping and stay at whatever pace his rider desires, he is an extremely safe ridetack can be available at separate negotiation
