So i bought this new pumpbought when the in-service pump in my tenant's boiler had a sticking shaft, causing me to make a few visits to restart itso i don't need the new pump after allnew cost is £150 + (i paid £176)but the sticking went away before i got to fit the pumpbrand new in original packagingamazingly it never stuck again & now the property has been sold
