He has a good nature and can happily live with other pets and childrenunless he's suddenly become a stealthy hunter (though he can be a pretty good 'mouser' when he feels like it)he can be a bit nervous with new people at first (just for a while) - when we first brought him home, he hid under the sofa for the most part of two days! obviously, he gave up in the end and became a good family cat, full of charactersheldon, 'shelley' was named prior to coming to ushe's happiest when lazing about in bed or in the sun in the garden (he doesn't wander far)if you think you'd like a sheldon, and can give him the love he deserves, please do get in touchhe's been used to dogs, cats, and giant pheasants where we live(!) - and hasn't worried about any of themonce he's used to you, he'll sit on your lap and purr contentedlyhe has a microchip that you'll need to have changed at the vetswe suspect we have a neighbour somewhere who has started feeding him treats, as he's put a little bit of weight on - and he's not been getting more from ushe'll be around 5 years old in the summer & has a lot of life in him yetwe're sure he'd love a cat-loving family who would give him more time than we canhe looks even better when he's not being overfed! hopefully, you'll not have the same issuesheldon joined us 2 years ago - but sadly, due to us relocating, he'll now need a new 'forever home'he has been neutered and is regularly treated with frontline spot-on (the only flea treatment that works where we live) and is flea & worm free
