Made by gladlyn ware and still has its original labelsit would benefit from a little oil on the inside, as it's a little dustya great design & modernist formthere is an on / off switch on the bulb holder, however i've been turning it off at the wall socketi've been using it perfectly safely, however as it's electric, i would get someone who is electrically competent to check it over for safetythe teak makes me think it's a piece of danish wood**postage within the uthere is a good collection available from wilkinson's for around £5not sure if it's 's or 's but it's original & not a modern reproductionit is in good, sturdy condition, there are some minor marks here & there, including on the bottom of the planterthe legs are all present & originalit will be sold without the modern filament bulb, as it would probably get damaged in the postthere's expected surface rust on the metalwork, mainly underneath but nothing that detractsit gives great shadows when turned onmeasures approx 10" in diameter & is " tallthis original sought after mid century plant stand lamp will bring some style to your homea nice vintage mid century teak plant pot stand, which has been converted into a trendy modern lampplease study the images, as they also form part of the description & please do your own researchcan post at extra costpostage includes being signed foronly** read more
