It is an intermediate level flute so would be ideal for a keen flutist who is progressing through their graded flute exams or participating in lessons and / or a member of a woodwind band etcthe asking price reflects the quality of the brand and instrument as this is an instrument that will last a number of years read morei've decided to sell my flute as i no longer playit also comes with a leather case with the hard case fits into and has buckles at the front so it always keeps the flute snug and safeit would also be ideal for anyone starting out as a new playerthere is some wear and tear on the instrument however there is nothing that prevents the sound, quality or use of it only a few very minor scratchesthere is however a loose divider within the hard case which i used to stick down with super glue every so often (it doesn't put the flute at risk) and there's a clip missing on the hard case however the other side works fine and has always held the lid downi'm more than happy to share more pictures and further description as requested and the flute and cases will be thoroughly cleaned before delivery
