The whole bike was stripped and degreased, frame and bars paint stripped, undercoated and resprayed by a local car bodyshoporiginal equipment that came with the bike and is back on it: lew ways stinger aero frame and forks set lew ways cw bars original grips original stem (suntour clamshell style) original opc, bearings and cups original seatpost original black aero bmx seat & guts black mx brake calipers – services but left alonelew ways stinger aero this bike is not perfect but it’s a real good mix of mostly original parts that came as a restoration job, mixed with some nos upgrades that were definitely needed……dsi 20” tyres that came with the bike (not original but quite old i’d say)additions: new tech 3 mx style brake levers new brake pads new chain ring new dia compe style cables new dia compe cable bar clips new seatpost clamp new (os) vp 500 pedals new chain & chain adjusters new (recreated) – lew ways stiner aero sticker pack…original chun sheng 6 spoke black mags (cleaned and buffed with ozziies recipe) and original free wheel (serviced)not fully technically correct but near as i could get taking reference points from other bikes on the net – but it looks really good! read more
