The horn does work when squeezed, it lights up and makes a tingly noise, sometimes you have to try squeezing more than once to get it to light up thoughthis was part of a customer returns pallet, the bolt holding down the back plate seems to be missing and it does not seem to do anything when pressing the buttons on the reignsit is in pretty good cosmetic condition, a few marks but nothing majorincludes charger and box i am not a tinker do have made no attempt to repair, but person who originally purchased may have (may be why bolt is missing?) so unknown if a simple fix or not
