3 and a real head turner, john boy was backed last year and was used mainly for hacking hes great in company and really feeds off his rider however he needs a little more road work and confidence in traffic but with time and an experience rider he will be great i've done minimal schooling with him as we haven't had the facilities to do so but the times i used him in the school he was showing great potential and poped a few small jumps again with the right rider and and time he will be a fantastic all rounder hes never bucked or been silly hes just very green but so keen to learn and picks things up quickly he needs someone with experience to bring him on i've had him on the lead rein with the kids and hes been no problem at all, on the ground he can be a bit fidgety but never kicks or strikes out and really is a lovely boy he just needs work last year we did both ridden and in hand shows and he was always placed he even came over all champion at the last show we did,please message me for any more information this is heartbreaking and he will only go to the best of homes no novices 800 ono read more*johnny boy* john boy is 5 this year standing at approx 13

Rosco has been with us for 8 years but is sadly looking for a new home due to a change in the owners circumstances, please don't be put off by his age, he has very low milage and has been mainly used for hacking, rosco is a fun, loving and willing to please pony, in the 8 years we have had him he has never let us down and has always taken care of his riderhe will have a look at bigger vehicles but with a slight squeeze of the leg he will carry on no botherthey are stabled near a hs2 site and we have passed all sorts with himif your wanting to be the next charlotte dujardin on a cob he is not for youhappy to go first or lasthe is quite happy to plod about but can go up a gear as and when required, but will go back to being on the buckle afterwards, he's not fazed by others that may spook or dance about, he is not strong but is there in your hand when you take up a contact if needed, he has been on fun rides where he is quite happy to go at any pace and take in the scenery hacks alone and in company but does prefer company until he knows his surroundings but is never nasty or nappy, just unsurehe has been out of work for a couple of months so is unfit but it wont take much to get him back up to speed and he is the sort that can be left a day or twogood points: * good to hack * good doer * good to shoe/for farrier * good to load & travel- has been on both trailers and lorries * up to date with teeth & vaccinations * doesn't kick bad points: * has mallenders on both front legs - we are happy to disclose all information on this privately to serious potential buyers * will need to be sedated to clip and for the dentist - i think if someone was confident and patient they would be able to clip without sedation or with a twitch at times but want to make the potential buyer aware he's not just going to fall asleep when you clip * has had ulcers in the past but is now clear although rosco may be suitable for a novice rider, the care needed for him and his legs are not and will need an experienced owner for this, preferably someone who has knowledge of mallenders, so we will not entertain novices coming to view himtrainers/instructors/friends/family welcome to come along to a viewing tack and rugs will be included in price serious enquires only, we have tried to be as honest in our advert as possible and will continue to be honest if we are messaged so we don't waste your time, so please don't waste oursif he has been left a while it only takes 2 minutes on the lunge and he's good to go and realises it's too much like hard work! we have never taken him hunting but think he would be fine to do so, although jumping may be out of the question! he is currently barefoot but has had both fronts and full sets - we have taken then off and put them on based on his workload and time of year he is currently stabled day and night with us, but is happy to be stabled or turned out - but as he is a typical cob he will get fat on fresh air we are on quite a busy yard so is used to children, dogs, machinery and isn't fazedif you have already enquired about him and viewed him, unfortunately you were not suitablehe isn't a world beater and much prefers to hack out then go in the school but he will pop a jump or two- he hasn't done much schooling with us as wasn't bought for this, so he does not pick up the correct canter lead on the right reinhe's a very cheeky chap and will be missed but he is wasted with us and we need to do what is best for him, he will not be sold unseen and new homes will be vettedhe has been ridden by all abilities, although he is only 14hh he does ride slightly bigger and can carry weight within reason

I am looking for someone to take him out and about as he is wasted in field,just looking for a rider so no mucking out etc,would like a contribution every month for his keephe prefers xc and huntingmust have own insurance and transport for tedhe hacks out alone or in company but likes to be up front,can be strong so needs a confident rider,not novice ride or first ponyhe is a forward going cheeky pony who has done many pc rallies clinics,camps,xc,hunter tials,team chase,sponsored rides,been in the pc showjumping team and has also hunted2 irish sports horse that we have owned for 5 years

When he was in work he was a sensitive boy with a very soft mouth and preferred a quiet gentle rider, he is a sharpe ride so will not suit a novice or a child but a young light weight adult with knowledge and experience of training horses would have no problems, he isnāt spooky or silly but when ridden and excited could put in the odd buck or tuck his head for a rodeo if you let him do so hence he will not be sold to an inexperienced rider3hh they donāt breed them like this anymore, stunning little horse, 9 years old, dark bay, geldingthis is a totally honest advert as we want the best of homes with the experience to bring him back into work and reach his full potentialno lumps or bumps or marks this horse has been taken good care of and to the best of my knowledge is sound and healthy in all waysdelivery available at costsadly he is up for sale through no fault of his own i just do not have the time for him with my work load and owning several younger horses and therefore he has been out of work for around 12 months, all his ground work is impeccable he listens to the voice and is easy to do, happy to be groomed and made a fuss of, good to lunge and daily handlinghas been ridden in younger days done pony racing then riding club activities before then going on to showing where he was very successfulup to date with dental, farrier and vaccineshe has a very big bold jump but does get very excited when jumping and had reared with previous owner although hasnāt reared with me but we havenāt done jumping just showing and dressage training, he will excel in dressage beautifully he has such presence and class and elegant movementsplease no time wasters or novices you will not buy this horseexperienced home essential i do not want him wastedsuperbly bred with wonderful flashy movement, total wow factor that always turns head
