Excellent condition lights/ceiling fan combofan is three-speed adjusted by pull cord and comes with reversible bladesa ceiling fan should not be used in a room with an 'open' gas heaterthe lights can be switched off and on independently of the fan and can be switched off, by pull-cord, from the fan itself even though the ceiling light switch is set to 'on'the fan is also two-way in that the direction of rotation can be reversed - by a switch on the fan body - thus giving the option of updraft or downdraft for air circulationthe fan should be wired into a standard ceiling light circuit but care should be taken to ensure that the fitting bracket can be securely attached to the ceilingall in good working order and everything complete - except that no bulbs are included in the sale (nor are the paintpots used in some photos to balance up the unit for the photograph!)the basket-weave side is shown in the photo but, as it's set up for the alternative pattern, the nut ends of the bolts are shown - rather than the smarter gold side of the bracketnote: light bulbs are not includedthe three glass shades for the lights are includedthe blades are 47cms long and the overall span of the fan, in total is 108cmsit's set-up at present for the gold trim side but can be easily converted to the basket-weave side by removing the three bolts which hold each blade to its fitting bracket and, simply turning the blade over and refitting the bracketfull instructions are included, including those for wiring the unit, though it's part assembled at the moment
