Thursden vallye rene - she is by rotherwood signature who was voted top pony sire out of the full sister to thurden vallye raphael who also needs no introduction this pony would be an asset to any breeding programme but is also the kind of pony i would have given my right arm for as a kidthis is a big moving pony with a huge amount of talent! she is up to date with worming and vaccinations she has also recently had her teeth done and wolf teeth removedshe has only been ridden in the school 2/3 times so is a total blank canvas for someone i thought she may grow a bit more than she has so i feel i am too big for her to really further her schooling - it really wouldnt be fair she does have two splints which are actually flattening with timeshe is super super willing, she wants to please and wants to do, she has the most fantastic temperament she is fantastic to hack and will go first or last - totally unphased by anythingthese are reflected in the price

Her manners alone are worth their weight in gold ! ideally she would suit a pony club / ode/ working hunter pony type home ! only reason for sale is i’m 5’11 and i want to get back into showing / jumping - unfortunately rosie is just too small for me and as my other horse is getting older i don’t want to push boundaries with him11 year old red and white irish sports pony mare hh owned rosie for two years i bought her initially as a companion for my other horse who had lost his best friend ! i’ve brought her on very slowly under saddle, she’s a forward thinking mare and is very easily trained ! she will jump anything in front of her, nothing phases rosie she’s extremely bold and loves to jump! she’s been very successful with showing (in hand) she’s been placed in every class with reserve champ before lock down last year ! ridden wise rosie can be quite forward, she can be strong when coming to a fence but nothing dangerous, she just shows willingness to her work ! she’s not a great fan of flat work but she puts in as much effort as you ask of hershe does has a scar on the inside of her back leg, all was checked on vetting when buying rosie and it’s an old injury from either barbed wire or in a trap ! rosie is very special and any potential home will be vetted, she’s not a cheap ponyrosie loves her jumping i would definitely say this was her forte, she also enjoys hacking / along or in company / first or lastshe can have a spook but again nothing that would unseat a confident rider ! she has impeccable stable manners, she will stand all day to be fussed by any part of the family, she is a real human horse and loves to be around you ! she’s brilliant with the farrier / dentist / vet - for jabs ! she’s never had any health issues with me never been lame, sick or sorrystrictly no lwvtb no loans read more
