Reluctant sale of this beautiful dolls house this is the gable dolls house and i believe a rare find now it is incomplete only 1 room has been decorated which can be easily changed it comes with a whole bundle of accessories including a double bed, lighting and lamps with the power distributor and cables, a christmas set, china dinner sets, old fashions metal radiators x3, china bathroom set, bedroom set complete with draws and wardrobe and more! it comes with some very nice detailing bits including ceiling coving and some more finishing bits of wood, ceiling rose for the lights, widow boxes for the front and boxes for the roof and even the chimneys and all 4 flights of stairs comes with different variety of wallpaper and flooring rolled up in a tube the competed photos are of this exact dolls house but from google to show how beautiful it can be when completed would be an amazing project for a anyone to enjoy and especially when it’s finished and will light up etc more photo’s available in message as this would only let me upload 3 i have photos of all the accessories reduced to £100 today only £100 for everything seen if gone today!! read more

Bespoke nine room dolls house dolls house w as made as a project and no expense sparedthe whole house has been decorated to a high standard, however colours can easily be changed with a quick coat of paintlike wise if you wish to carpet the house the laminate effect flooring is removeable and can be used as a template for cutting the carpeteach room has skirting board, coving, removeable flooring other than the kitchen & bathroomthe sides of the outer walls have had white decorative brick effect added to give more characterthe fireplaces cost £40 each and can be purchased separately if requiredthe steps leading to the front door are removeablethe chandelier lights cost £65 eachall windows are glazedinside all rooms have electrically operated lightingthe lounge, study & dining room also have electrics for a fireplace, dado rail fittedfour internal rooms have chandelier lighting with wall lights to matchstarting from the top the chimneys have authentic chimney pots attached (four on each chimney) the roofing has been made from individually cut tiles and painted to give a grey slate effectthe front door is wood stained and has brass effect furniture on with working coach lights either sidesurrounding the basement area there is crazy paving with black effect railing around the boundary
