I love these guys and i dont want them passed around because people didnt realise how destructive they can be to anything they can chewthey will destroy anything they can get their teeth onthe smaller, darker chin is silverhe can be a bit grumpy when in the cage but not aggressive and is handlable and fine when out and aboutthey often need their huts replacing in their cage as they destroy themhe is a lovely gentle boy and is around 6 years oldhis colour is quite rarethe dust sits in their dense coats and then gets ejected into the air and on to all surfaces when they run aroundthey also need regular dust baths which is why i have the problemi will have them listed as long as it takes to find them a good forever homeso no furniture, wires or other goods are safehe is around 4 years oldi wish i did not have to rehome them and i have tried to perservere but i just cannot spend any time with them and my husband is left with it allplease do not contact me if you do not have any experience or have no idea about chinchillasthese guys must come out of the cage at least 45 mins to an hour every night where possible and live for 16 to 20 yearsthe larger of the two and a lilac chinchilla is shadowthey will be sold with their large cage and whatever food etc we have ini will only consider rehoming my boys with an experienced chinchilla owner who is aware of their needs and has the right set up for themi am very sad to have to list my chinchillas for a new loving home due to my allergy to their bathing sandthey are diabetic and have to have a diet that caters for thatserious enquirers please feel free to ask any questions
