I currently have a dark bay 15been mainly hacking for last few years due to covidonly reason i am looking for new home for him is he is my daughters horse and she is 16 years old and over horsed1 standardbred gelding,12 years oldi think he would benefit from working with 1 person he needs to build a bond withhe hacks out alone or in a group,front or last,works in all three paces in school but this is not his favourite place needs someone who can bring out best in himhe doesn’t do anything but blow his nose and this worries my daughtergood with other horses could live in mixed herd or on owni want quick sale for his sake,so daughter don’t change her mindneeds someone who understands him,not rough as quirky breed under saddle,with 5th gait but he can canter and does on hacks and in schoolnever jumped him not my daughters thing but he is excellent to catch, shoe, clip would live in full time if let him,but can live out toonot ideal horse if a novice or no experience as he can be a baby and inexperienced himself,takes the lead from the rider or leader but never nasty sick or sorrywith my daughter he has a short attention span and a little spooky looking at things so i sent him away to a professional he said horse was lovely no issue but it’s the partnership with my daughter and together just don’t mix and this happens sometimes, he doesn’t do anything with anyone else she makes him nervoushe is too much for my daughter and he didn’t use to be like this and he seems to test herwill stand to be groomed and while other horse leaves himup to date with vaccines and worming,shoes just done and teeth and back dove this month £ read morehe is gentle and stunning to look at but needs confidencei stable at night in winter and in day in summer and he is a clean easy boy and he is just wasted with my daughter and she doesn’t give him the attention as she has another horse

He is 100% safe on the road in the heaviest of traffic and would be a fantastic show ponyhe can occasionally be stubborn, and forward going but safeted is a 14'3 barefoot middle weight gelding, he would be suitable for a confident teenager or small adulthe is easy to catch, groom and tack up, ted loves going out for a hack in the woods with the other horses and is happy to lead, go at the back or the middle

1 dark bay gelding who retired from racing in march and was retrained as a hacking horse which is when i then purchased him novemberhe must go to an experienced home and references will be required £ with all tack, rigs and scoot boots or £ without ovno he can come with a saddle company saddle, acavallo gel out seat saver, a acavallo opera stirrups, bridle and scoot boots for his rear feet and rugsblackjack is an 8yr old 16he does have 1 sarcoid under his belly but this doesn’t cause him any pain or discomfort and i am using a natural way to remove itskell gill (blackjack) it is with heavy heart that i have come to the decision to sell my lovely boy who i’ve had since he retired inhe currently lives out 24/7 in a mixed herd but is also more than happy to be stabled (especially when it’s throwing it down down rain) my reason for selling as that he needs a more experienced rider when it comes to open fields / spaces as he gets excited and can throw in some funky moves which i personally can’t handle as i don’t bounce like i used to which i discovered recentlyhe is perfect to ride on the road whether it is in company or alone and is good to do for vet, farrier and dentistin he sustained a nasty kick in the field which means that sometimes he can get stiff on that leg but he has years of hacking and the odd dressage competition he can do if that’s your preferred choicehe is barefoot but does use scoot boots boots for hacking on stoney ground but is fine on flat road surfaceshe is up to date with teeth, feet, vaccinations and physio
