2hh 14yrs old (15 in may) connemara x very handsome horse who has just been used for hacking and schooling for the past few yearshe is not for novice as he is quirkythis is whilst hacking alone, in company he's a lot better! sadly it's just mine here so he mainly hacks alonei bought him from a local lady i knew who had done everything with him - hunting, sj, showing (he won a couple championships locally) and dressagegood to catch, clip and shoehas done everything including hunting with previous ownerneeds a strong competent rider to bring out the best in himhe can be nappy but i think that is because he is an intelligent horse and he's testing me out but if i turn him and push him on he gets on with itup to date with flu vaccinehas been absolutely wasted with me due to lack of timevideos on request read morehe loads fine but sweats up on long journeysif he's left alone he gets very stressed and neighs and won't settlei've only got a horsebox and his old owner had a lorry so i'm not sure if he travels better in a lorryhe will occasionally nap if you’re not a competent rider and push him on but isn’t nastyhacks alone and in company but does prefer companyhe lives on a farm so use to heavy machineryshe bought him to event but sold him as she said he was more of a low level all rounder/rche's up to date with teeth extralast time he had his teeth done he just stood there not tied up! he is a nervous traveler in the boxhe doesn't like being left alone in the stable or fieldi left him for a year or so due to school/exams then he's just done hacking and schooling at homesome days he's lovely and the next a challengebut when he can see other horses he's an anglei've owned him for 8 yearshe is a quirky chaphe's lovely to school! i love schooling him as he works in such a beautiful outline so naturallyhe's an angle with shoeing, clipping and teeth
