Hi all, i have a collection of german commemorative coins here that came to me as part of a small collection of militaria, i can find little information on them on the internetthey have been shown to an expert on coins of age, who confirms that they are very good quality reproductions of original commemorative coins from that era, that went on sale to the general public in order to boost flagging funds for the nazi partythanks for lookingthe coins are quite heavy and have milled edges, the definition as can be seen is excellentlooking for a straight swap for any old replicas, deact or other items of good qualityi have researched some of them with fascinating results, for instance one coin marked "julesfest" was hitler attempt to re celebrate xmas in his name!they would make an excellent display piece if mounted correctlyapologies admin if this is not allowed
