Spirit- a 9 year old (10 in may) blagdon roan cob geldingsince iv owned him he has become a different horse- not only in appearance but in trusting others to, and is a lovely boy! spirit has been a happy hacker with myself ridden by not only me but novices, including my young children to both on and off lead reindue to spirits past he gets nervous around men, he has got better the more my partner interacts with him however spirit will need and understanding owner and also farrier (should it be male) as spirit will get stressed and will pull away etc when being held by a lead rope to have his feet donei have owned spirit for nearly two yearswhen i got spirit he was emaciated and didn't trust peoplenever sick or sorry, lives out 24/7 in mixed herdhe is never nasty- never kicked or anything just clearly scaredsold from field- due to my back injury spirit has been turned out all winter and other than being groomed not had anything done/been ridden since the start of last year so he will need restarting/bringing back into work, something i am unable to do due to my injuryhe is great to hack out both on his own and in company, good on roads and with traffichelp with transport can be arrangedonce spirit is brought back into work he is the perfect all rounder, happy hackerreally hard decision but i want him to be enjoyed and him not waste another year as a field ornamentbest forever home only! £ono read morei haven't schooled spirit much as say mainly been used as a happy hackeri have also done some liberty work with himpassported microchipped 14h good to catch (can sometimes try it on but very rare), good ground manners- will stand all day to be groomed, never bitten or nasty, good with picking up all feetfor this reason he will need an understanding and experienced owner who can manage thisi was told spirit had been a ride and drive previously, however he hasnt driven with meself

Murphy is a forward going cob geldinghe prefers to lead but will happily follow, he tries to get in front when trotting or cantering but can be held back when necessarymore photos and videos available on requesthe can try to take the mick out of his rider, but all his rider has to do is show him who's the boss and then he will try his best to please his riderhe is mostly unphased when being hacked out, but he can stop and look at things when unsure, but is never nasty or nappyhe is snaffle mouthed at all timeshe can get a little excited when out hacking if the other horses canter off without himi regularly ride him bareback in just a headcollar across an open field as he currently lives out 24/7he is not a novice ride and would suit someone interested in showing£ including all tack and rugs read morehe does not like when big lorries go past too close or too fast but he is not nasty about this and just needs a bit of reassurance to keep him calmi have had him for around 3 years and he has matured beautifully with me, he has beautiful movement and rides like a horse, with lovely long strideshe can be held back easily but he will try to catch up once you let him gohe is inexperienced at jumping but tries his best each time
